ALBANY, Mo. - At it's latest meeting, the Albany Board of Alderman heard a report from the city manager on strain put on the power grid during last month's cold snap.
Derek Brown told KXCV/KRNW that the system managed to get through the weather without having to black out.
Brown said there was no other business at the meeting.KXCV-KRNW
